The new Dorset Walking Football League is on the horizon now. This year there are five different categories available to compete in. Dexter Sports Walking Football Club will be entering four teams across three of the categories – the 50s, 60s, and 65s.

In addition to those age categories there’s also a 70s division, making its debut this season, and the women’s division (40s) back for a second season. The Dorset Walking Football League fixtures for all five divisions were announced during July, with the season starting in October for everyone.

The first league round will be on 5 October when the 50s start their campaign, and is scheduled to conclude on 3 June when the 70s play their League Cup.
