Walking Football: Know the Rules
All players of our amazing game should understand the basic laws of it. Often the laws can be subject to local variations – these are usually discussed in a referees briefing at the start of tournaments or matches. The FA update their official Laws of the Game from time-to-time and we’ll keep this page updated the best we can.
Here you can find the Laws of the Game as revised by The FA in February 2025. They go into detail about each of the main laws.
